These terms cover your use of courtbaseline.com. Using the site means you accept them.

The short version. We publish cost and specification information and we introduce you to one builder. We do not build courts, we do not quote projects, we are not party to any contract you sign, and our published figures are planning guidance rather than a quotation.
What CourtBaseline does
CourtBaseline is an independent reference for padel court construction in the United States. We publish cost breakdowns, dimension and clearance requirements, and specification comparisons. Where you ask us to, we pass your project details to one padel court builder holding an exclusive agreement for your region.
What CourtBaseline is not
- We are not a licensed contractor, architect or engineer.
- Nothing on this site is engineering, structural, legal or financial advice.
- We do not manufacture, import, sell or install padel courts.
- We are not a party to any agreement between you and a builder, and we take no commission on any contract you sign.
About the figures we publish
Cost ranges and estimates on this site are planning guidance compiled from published installer quotations and project cost guides. They are not quotations, they are not binding on any builder, and they will not match your project. Actual cost depends on ground conditions, drainage, access, permitting, specification, freight, exchange rates and prevailing labour rates in your market. Any estimate shown by the calculator on this site is indicative only.
About the builders we introduce
Builders holding a territory are selected by us and pay a fixed monthly fee for exclusive access to enquiries from that region. That relationship is disclosed on every page. We check that a builder is trading, insured and has completed comparable work before we sign a territory agreement, but we do not supervise their work, guarantee their pricing, warrant their workmanship or accept responsibility for their conduct.
Satisfy yourself independently before you contract with anyone. Ask for licence numbers, certificates of insurance, references on completed courts, and a written scope that states which Incoterm the kit is priced on and who is responsible for the slab.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CourtBaseline is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any dealing with a builder introduced through it, including loss of profit, project delay, or cost overrun. Our total liability in connection with the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your submissions
You confirm that the project details you submit are accurate and that you are authorised to share them. You grant us permission to pass those details to the builder holding your region for the purpose of contacting you.
Intellectual property
The text, diagrams, tables and calculators on this site belong to CourtBaseline. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish pages in whole, and you may not scrape the site for training or resale without written permission.
Third party links
We link to manufacturers, trade bodies and published standards. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
