Every company
building padel
in the US

Padel court manufacturers, suppliers and builders operating in the United States, listed with what each one actually does: whether they manufacture or resell, where the steel is made, which states they cover, and how long they have been doing it.

Every listing is free and unpaid. Nobody can buy a position, a ranking or a favorable description, because there are no rankings and no scores. Facts only, all publicly stated by the companies themselves.

How do I read this list?

Padel court manufacturers, padel court suppliers and padel court builders are not the same job, and the words get used interchangeably. A padel court manufacturer makes the structure. A supplier sells it, sometimes without making it. A builder puts it in the ground. Three distinctions matter more than anything else, and the table below sorts on them.

  • Manufacturer or builder. A manufacturer makes the court. A builder pours the slab and erects it. Some do both. If you buy from a manufacturer who does not install, someone still has to install, and that someone is your problem to find.
  • Where the steel is made. A US-manufactured court deletes sea freight, customs duty, brokerage and inland haulage from your budget along with the lead time attached to them. An imported court usually prices lower at the factory gate. See the cost breakdown for what that gap is actually worth.
  • Reach. Nationwide, multi-state or regional. A company that has never worked in your state is not disqualified, but crew travel and unfamiliarity with your jurisdiction both cost money.

No ratings, no stars, no "best of." We have no defensible basis for ranking construction quality we have not inspected, and neither does anyone else publishing a top five list.

Positioning

Which companies manufacture in the US, and which install?

Those two questions sort this directory faster than price does. Placement below reflects each company’s own published material and carries no judgment about quality of work.

US padel court companies by manufacturing origin and install capability A two by two positioning of the companies in this directory. The vertical axis is whether the company installs with its own crews or supplies only. The horizontal axis is whether courts are manufactured in the United States or imported. US-manufactured companies that also install include Sportsfield Specialties and Padel One Courts. Importers that install include The Padel Box, Padel Alba, SIS Pitches and Ferandell. Importers that supply only include MejorSet, Padel Galis and Padel Craft USA. Keystone installs US-manufactured courts it does not make itself. IMPORTED MANUFACTURED IN THE US INSTALLS OWN CREWS SUPPLIES ONLY The Padel Box Padel Alba SIS Pitches Ferandell Tennis Courts Sport Surfaces MejorSet Padel Galis Padel Craft USA Sportsfield Specialties Padel One Courts Keystone Sports Construction Keystone installs Sportsfield courts (none in the directory) Evergreen Tennis Courts does not publish its sourcing. The top-right quadrant removes freight, duty, brokerage and overseas coordination. From each company's own published material. Not a quality judgment.

In detail

Who does what?

Sportsfield Specialties

An American manufacturer that also designs and installs, covering site planning, engineering, foundations, court systems, lighting, surfacing and installation. They state they are approaching 100 padel court installations across the US and bring decades of wider sports construction experience. Courts are manufactured in the United States, which removes overseas coordination and shipping from the project. Projects from a single residential court to multi-court commercial facilities.

The Padel Box

Describes itself as the first American-based company dedicated exclusively to padel, with more than twelve years in the sport. Focus on residential courts and high-end private clubs, delivered turnkey nationwide, with licensed contractors in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, North Carolina and New Jersey. They supply CAD files and technical specifications for city permits, manage the concrete base, and handle wind-load and building code requirements, then deliver, unload and install with their own teams. They also offer portable courts that assemble and dismantle for indoor facilities, parks and residences.

Padel One Courts

A Florida-based manufacturer founded in 2021, producing courts in the United States and offering turnkey delivery from feasibility modeling through maintenance. Four models: a championship panoramic show court, a modular club court built for scaling, a climate-rated court for wind, salt and extreme heat, and a super-panoramic model with no corner posts. Published specification includes 3 to 4 mm galvanized steel, C5 anti-corrosion coating and a 10-year structural warranty. Also offers feasibility models, 3D layouts and location selection.

Keystone Sports Construction

A full-service sports construction company managing every aspect of a padel project from design to installation. They install Sportsfield Specialties courts, which are manufactured in the United States, so freight from overseas and a separate installation crew are both removed from the project. Useful where you want one contractor carrying the slab and the structure together.

MejorSet

A Spanish manufacturer with more than twenty years in the sport and clients in over seventy countries, and the official court supplier to Premier Padel and the International Padel Federation. Panoramic and super-panoramic models, including wind-resistant designs. US projects are delivered through their distributor network rather than directly.

Padel Alba

A Spanish company operating in the US with more than twenty-five years of experience, offering end-to-end execution from court design and site preparation through to installation, built to International Padel Federation standards. Galvanized steel structure with tempered glass walls.

SIS Pitches

A UK sports surfacing manufacturer with a US division and more than twenty-five years constructing elite sports surfaces internationally. They manufacture their own artificial turf and typically partner with local construction companies on delivery rather than carrying the whole build.

Ferandell Tennis Courts

A Southern California court builder offering three padel models: Classic, Panorama and Full Panorama, with a published 130 mph wind rating on the Panorama. They flag zoning as a separate approval from the building permit, which is correct and is the step most projects underestimate.

Sport Surfaces

A Florida contractor with more than twenty years across sports surfaces, building new padel courts and converting existing tennis courts. Relevant in the state that holds the largest share of US courts.

Padel Galis

A Valencia manufacturer producing at volume and reaching the US through agents and distributors rather than a direct US operation. Currently one of only two advertisers bidding on padel court construction terms in the United States.

Evergreen Tennis Courts

A Rocky Mountain court builder with nearly fifty years in tennis, pickleball and basketball construction and resurfacing, listing padel among its surfaces. Relevant for Colorado, Utah and the surrounding states, where dedicated padel specialists are thin.

Padel Craft USA

A US padel court supplier running a dealer program rather than acting as a manufacturer directly. Publishes less detail than most of the list, so treat the blanks in the table above as unpublished rather than absent.

Is your company listed wrongly, or not listed?

Send the correction through the contact page and we will fix it and date the change. We do not accept payment for placement, for a favorable description, or for removal of a competitor.

If you build or supply padel courts in the United States and are not on this list, tell us. Inclusion is free and has nothing to do with whether you hold a CourtBaseline territory. Several companies here do not, and their listings are identical in format to those that do.

Disclosure: CourtBaseline is funded by the builders who hold each region, who pay a fixed monthly fee for territory access. Territory holders are marked as such where they appear. That marking is the only difference a commercial relationship makes to a listing, and it never affects what we publish about a company or its competitors. See how this is funded.

Common questions

Buying a padel court, answered

Who are the best padel court manufacturers in the US?
There is no defensible answer to that question, which is why this page does not rank anyone. The useful comparison is whether a company manufactures or resells, where the steel is made, whether they install with their own crews, and whether they have worked in your state. Those four facts are in the table above and they will narrow the list faster than any ranking would.
Can I buy a padel court directly and hire my own installer?
Yes, and several manufacturers sell that way. Buying direct means you carry freight, customs clearance, inland haulage and the coordination between whoever pours the slab and whoever erects the structure. That is a real project management job. Worth doing if you have the capacity and worth avoiding if you do not.
Are padel courts for sale ready-made, or built to order?
Built to order in almost every case. Any padel court for sale in the US is manufactured to your specification and then shipped, so padel courts for sale are never sitting in a warehouse waiting. That is why lead time is a real line in the schedule. US-manufactured courts typically shorten that considerably against courts shipped from Spain, Italy or Asia.
Do padel court suppliers install the court as well?
Some do and some do not, and this is the question most often skipped. Padel court suppliers and padel court manufacturers are frequently the same company in the US and frequently are not overseas. Manufacturers with US operations often install with their own crews. Overseas manufacturers usually work through distributors or local builders. If a quote covers supply only, budget separately for the slab, the crew and the coordination between them.
How do I choose between a US-made and an imported court?
Ask both for the delivered price to your site rather than the factory price, and ask both for the lead time from deposit. US manufacturing removes freight, duty, brokerage and haulage along with the delay attached to them. Imported courts usually price lower at the gate. If the delivered figures land within ten percent of each other, take the shorter lead time.
Is this list paid for?
No. Every listing is free and editorial, and the format is identical for every company whether or not they have any commercial relationship with us. We do not sell placement, ordering or descriptions, and there are no rankings to buy. The site is funded by regional territory subscriptions, which is disclosed on every page.
