Privacy policy

This policy explains what CourtBaseline collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read rather than to be survived.

Last updated 2 August 2026

The short version. We collect the project details you submit and pass them to one padel court builder: the single company holding your region. We do not sell your details, we do not send them to multiple contractors, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Who we are

CourtBaseline is operated by Casey Dellas, Managing Member, in New York, United States. You can reach us at [email protected]. We are not a construction contractor and we do not build, sell or install courts.

What we collect

Why we collect it

To connect you with a builder who covers your region, to tell you when nobody does, to measure which advertising is worth running, and to improve what we publish. That is the complete list.

Who we share it with

Your project details go to one builder: the company holding an exclusive territory agreement covering your ZIP code. Not two, not six. If no builder currently holds your territory, we retain your enquiry and pass it to nobody until one does, and only then if you have asked to be notified.

We also use service providers who process data on our behalf: website and form hosting, call tracking, email delivery, and analytics. They act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from submission, then deleted. Call recordings are retained for 12 months. Analytics data follows the retention period set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you these rights formally, along with the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. If you are in the EEA or UK, the GDPR gives you these rights plus the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics and for advertising measurement. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner on your first visit, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Refusing them does not affect your ability to use this site or to submit an enquiry.

Children

This site is intended for people planning commercial and residential construction projects. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days.
